Interview with Annalena Kästl, Entrepreneur in Residence
Peers: What is the best piece of professional advice you have ever received?
Annalena: I think it came from my parents. When I was growing up, they told me that I should find a job that I simultaneously enjoy and also am good at it.
Peers: If you could meet any living person for dinner, who would you pick and why?
Annalena: Emma Watson. She is present in my head because of international Women’s Day. It is so amazing, how everyone could see her development – she was known from Harry Potter, as she grow up she became a symbol of gender equality. With her you can have very interesting talks and discussion, but also have a lot fun and enjoy drinks.
Peers: If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
Annalena: I would choose computer science. That is not something you can easily learn and would be cool to have in a matter of seconds.
Peers: What is your go-to productivity trick?
Annalena: Coffee helps definitely! I like to-do lists written down somewhere on the paper. And lastly, I need fresh air to think clearly.
Peers: What is one thing your colleagues don’t know about you? Do you have any secret talents?
Annalena: I am really good at beer pong, you can try me.
